DELIVERY AND TRACKING

How long does delivery take?
Orders will be fulfilled and sent out in 4-7 business days. You’ll receive an email when the order’s been sent out, along with the tracking number. Shipping depends on what you order as we have several fulfillment centers.

From order to delivery, you can expect your products to arrive in around 3 weeks. Remember, we make every product to order and to your specifications.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email when the order’s been sent out, along with the tracking number. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the email and we will assist you.

What if my order is lost or damaged?
We will happily replace or refund all lost or damaged orders free of charge.

Do you deliver orders to my country?
We deliver to USA and Canada only for now. We plan on expanding into other countries soon.

Are all of the products in my order sent together?
Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible. Also, as stated earlier, we have several production & fulfillment centers globally. 

Where are your products delivered from?
Our products are largely shipped from China and we have domestic representatives running our factories to assure the high level of quality and fastest delivery possible.


ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order?
Order modifications may only be made if an order is Pending or On-Hold. Once an order has passed into In-Production no order modifications are allowed.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been produced yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order. Orders that are in production cannot be canceled.


ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?
Yes, returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us and we'll provide you with an address to send your product. Once we've received your return, we'll email you with a refund confirmation.

Can I exchange my order?
No, sorry but we do not offer exchanges.
